I don't know one way or the other.... There is a nasty/convoluted way to rebuild the Air to 10.7 though. john ________________________________________ You could do a clean install of 10.6 on the new MBA using the accessory optical drive. But if you're sure you just want 10.6, then I'd save some $$ and get the older version at discount. The SSD makes them run really fast -- you won't know what you're missing? I have the 13" version, upgraded to 10.7.1 with no issues.
