i agree totally that they are simply concocting excuses to steal
copyrighted photographs.

there is never that much urgency.

and no one looking at BBC websites with their tiny 100 pixel images
would ever make the mistake of thinking they value images and the
story within.

I agree with most of the comments.  You get permission or you don't use the
