You know how they say that a grateful customer tells only one person and a pissed off customer tells ten? Well I'm trying to reverse that by telling people of great customer service. Datacolor is where I purchased a calibration kit - they sent the wrong one. No questions asked they shipped the proper product and said they'd wait for the mistaken one to ship back - they gave me a prepaid slip to use. Emails were reassuring and timely. Just wanted to let people know about this. ernie nitka
