This one is serial #11068, takes a 34.0mm filter, very compact (approx. 45.0mm high) and comes with Canon front/ rear caps, and a nice, foam lens pouch/case. All functions work smoothly and perfectly and it is clean w/ no dents, scratches, or gouges on the body w/ no scratches, marks, blemishes or flaws on the glass inside/outside. There is no fungus, haze or separation inside the lens. There is also absolutely NO trace of oil on the aperture blades. I paid top dollar to Collectable Cameras, Phoenix, AZ for it because it was in ?9+ ?Condition? in 2007 and have used it only a couple of times. ? RFF member, Meleica (Dan), says it has ?high resolution with moderate contrast? and ?it gives a pleasant smoothness to images.? Sean Reid said in his test of this and 3 other lenses (including the Leica Summicron 35/2) on the Epson Rd-1 that, "the low contrast Canon 35/2.8, not surprisingly, held the best range of tonal detail from shadows to highlights." Another RFF member commented, ?It's a typical 1950's lens, a little soft wide-open, but sharpens up nicely when stopped-down. It's especially nice for digital due to its lower contrast.? You?d be hard- pressed to find a nicer example of this beautiful, all-chrome, classic lens. ? This not a ?distress? sale. Please no time wasters, tire kickers or low- ballers; only serious buyers are asked to inquire. I have many buy/ sell/ trade references and will gladly furnish them upon request. ? My price is only $325, shipped FREE by insured, trackable, EMS postal to you anywhere in the world from So. Korea in a secure box. I'll take PayPal from a verified account, bank money order, bank wire transfer or certified check in USD and can furnish many references upon request.
