And yes maybe the odd time from a dupe neg???? I used to get into screaming at the computer screen at times during the past decade or so being on the LUG when subjects went on day after day when I knew the conversation was nothing more than a mish mash of hash nobody could do anything about at all..... BUT !! Day after day mess up the screen and my pea picking sized mind. Many times, and I confess I have gotten into more than my fare share of verbal battles of useless diatribe that would've been better spent me taking pictures of wet concrete in the rain shooting patterns! :-) Some of these "conversations" end up leading no where but giving folks ulcers and head aches. And regardless of whether one is right or wrong absolutely accomplish nothing.... Only tick you off royally! Equate this to screaming your head off at some lunatic driver who's just cut you off in traffic! You just want to drive over him a few times & teach him a lesson in driving etiquette! You are in a rage to kill! Meanwhile he drives merrily along without a care in the world! Same as here often..... "You know what you say is absolute God's truth perfect common sense photographically logical and technically correct! No question! "But you sit there looking at the screen in a mode of "Kill the SOB!" I have slowly learned, however? It took me a very long time to get this through my head...... both in the car and looking at the screen... "SIT BACK.... TAKE A DEEP BREATHE!" And just let it go! PERIOD! Your emotions and what you want to do to both messenger and driver isn't worth the time of day. In some cases it's far beyond others comprehension that what you say because you've done it for years as a professional working photographer for paying clients really means something from daily practice!! In most assignments far more experience than the weekend enthusiast can ever imagine in a lifetime regardless of what they have read and or shot without having to answer to someone paying a fee! Certainly of several thousand dollars a day for your expertise and talents! So mon ami, close yer eyes and think about some very cool assignments from the past that gave you wonderful success and a job well done. But most importantly? You had a great deal of fun shooting it! Simply by being you and doing your thing with a smile on your face! :-) So OK take yer deep breath and smile!~ :-) Take care my friend, cheers, ted.
