Follow-up comment....

Semiconductor fabrication operations in general are never shut down.  It
takes months to get stuff rolling again, in a scheduled situation.  When
impacted by a natural disaster, the amount of time to get stuff going could
be really significant.....

I have not heard anything myself... Others?
