Taken just before sunset at the Blackwater Wildlife > Refuge on Maryland's Eastern Shore of the Chesapeake Bay. > > http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Barney/Blackwater+twilight.jpg.html Hi Barney, FWIW: ! 1/ a NICE SHOT NO QUESTION! 2/ TOO MAKE IT A MAJOR PHOTO???? Yep it's not bad, however to make it knock yer socks off! I'm going to suggest..... only because it's too glaring and killing the major effect this photo could have! "Crop the sun and reflection out, not by much but get rid of it!" And as Richard has suggested making it into a kind of pano with birds, background shoreline and just above that line of shore and just below the birds in the water. Like long and narrow without any sunshine shining bright! You want the colour of the sky and that of the water, that's it with birds and shoreline! Have a look and see what you think. By the same token we all see our photographs as we like. Therefore mon ami it's always important you do your own thing to your own liking.... this is merely a suggestion. cheers, Dr. ted :-)
