This was most advantagous to the higher earners of course (and I am one). Despite not knowing how to cover the costs of rebuilding Christchurch there has been no hint of reversing this and they are looking at makings savings elsewhere......... john ________________________________________ > Overspending is the problem, as well as lack of tax income.
