That's exactly what happened, Nathan!
(I really want to find someone who can fix my Nokton 35's front  
focussing.  Stephen Gandy couldn't offer any advice, and he's the one  
person in the world I would have thought would know someone who could  
fix it.)

As for focus, I don't see any
problems, but of course you have compensated in the way you describe  
and you
have posted the good ones :-)
