Then came the rain and chilly temperatures. Nevertheless the tree in the back yard kept its blossoms long enough to attract both bees and birds! One of the birds is quite small and flits about the tree from blossom clump to blossom clump very rapidly giving off little "pweets" as it does so. I don't remember seeing one before although I'm certain they must have been around. There was hardly time to focus so this image is a tad soft. Thoughts and ID would be welcome. Adam ps: I have to say that doing this kind of photography and having three cats who want to "help" doesn't make it easier! The birds don't mind the small dog but they have serious cat issues. AB
