Don Lawrence posted a link to his book that made me realize that Blurb
now allowed larger previews than when this book was first published.

Here is a preview of the whole book that we made at the Rolleiusers
group (on Yahoo, not the old RUG).

Yeah, it costs money. But not a penny goes to me or anyone else than Blurb.
