Subject: [Leica] Springfest

Every year the Rotary club holds a "springfest" around our lake and every
year it RAINS. This year was no exception. We have had glorious weather
till Saturday and by Sunday it was cold wet windy and miserable, BUT the
good burgers of Ballarat girded loins and headed out.

There is an election in the air and this is our conservative candidate
toughing out the weather.

face painting is as popular as ever, and the Ballarat banners were really
flapping

Later at the boatshed the dragon boat was on display and the locals were
well rugged up ;-)
