Absolutely. And actually, I love the DMR-specific focussing screen which shows the full 35mm format, but puts up a frameline around where the DMR sensor lies. It thus manages to include one of the best characteristics of rangefinder photography, being able to see what's around the picture you're now aimed at (and either about to move into the frame, or maybe a better choice to include in the frame). AFAIK, no other SLR does that, for pretty clear reasons, and probably none will. And I wish they all did that. But on the 5D side... I can't believe I waited 'til last week to put an Eg-S screen in my 5D Mk II. It makes the finder seem almost like a real camera. I mean, it's no R8, but it's a whole lot better. -Jeff
