Subject: [Leica] Hanabi: Summer's end fireworks, Miyazaki

Thanks, Sonny,
I removed the fifth one, I agree with you. As for the seventh (now
sixth!) one being smoky, I kept it there because I liked the effect of
the smoke and sparks, and dodged the black sky in Lightroom to
accentuate this.
16 (now 15) of the girl yukata holding her dad's hand is focussed on
the hands, by mistake, due to walking at the same time in a crowd and
shooting at f1.2 in the night. But yes, get lower for such shots and
get ready, as you say!
Cheers,
Peter Cheyne

If you are posting to lists like this, the tinyurl safety option is not
necessary.

I liked your fireworks because they show the crowd enjoying them. I
would
drop the fifth one where the people have their back to the show, and
others,
like seven, get murky because of the smoke.

Number 16 either has camera movement or focus issues or both. When
you see
cute coming, try to be a little more ready; this might be a real
winner if
you were shooting at her eye level.

All in all, a very nice set.
