It bridges the file manager, ufraw and GIMP in a "lightroom" type environment. I just compiled ad installed it on my laptop from sourceforge. Over the next few days I'll try to provide some reports on how it handles things. So far, it's the ONLY Linux graphics program that will open a DNG file upon installation without adding a plugin or a patch. This is great for the OS community. In case anyone wonders, I'm running opensuse 11.3 on a Thinkpad T60 (as well as my Frankendesktop). http://darktable.sourceforge.net/ Phil Forrest
