Hardly surprising that there were some wonderful portraits: Grace Kelly, P?re Lavourier, Cocteau, The Grateful Dead and Big Brother (all alive at that point), Beaton, Woody Allen and many, many more. Wonderful portraits in a slightly cramped space (but that is par for the NPG). Terrible, terrible catalogue selling for GBP 30, with only 30 of about 100 pictures shown (all of the above except Allen missing) and what was present lacked any information about the sitter(s), the history of the picture etc etc - all of which was present on the walls of the exhibition. See the exhibition, don't bother with the catalogue Peter -- =========================================================== Dr Peter Dzwig
