This lens looks really good a this focal length and shows no tendency to vignette. I added a bit of vignetting to the first picture in processing. The first shot is uncropped; the second one slightly cropped. You've seen this one-footed gull before. He's quite tame but not quite tame enough to eat from a hand. This was also taken at 7mm but is a tight (100%) crop from the center of the frame. I was only about four feet from the gull. I did not use any sharpening in processing the RAW file.
