I made several exposures from the Vernal Falls Bridge, about 1 mile from the start of the Mist Trail*. The exposures were made at about 1 p.m. local sun time (2 p.m. PDT), decidely not the best time of day for this challenging subject, better photographed between 9 and 11 a.m. local sun time. I am not conversant with using HDR which might have produced a more balanced result. The last two images at http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/OBRYK/Yosemite/ are from this visit. Leica M8, 24mm and 28mm Elmarit. Cs & Cs cheerfully considered. Oliver PS: *the set includes images from hiking the full length of the Mist Trail in 2007.
