I am reminded that another, and very problematical, issue with cloud storage 
is legal jurisdiction. You have no idea if your data is being kept in 
Elbonia or just down the road. Corporations have lawyers who can figure this 
out but small businesses and individuals really can't afford to figure this 
out.
