I'm at the other end of the extreme and want people to hold my 8x10 prints in their hands to look at the people and feel a connection that comes through getting close to the photo. I totally understand that landscape photos are best viewed at a distance, but continue to feel that connections between people should be close. I never have understood those huge larger-than-life enlargements that some photographers do with portraits.
