Your image is a low res jpeg... which will smear/integrate/low pass filter
the dirty spots.
This is the usual situation for WEB shots..... you do not see dust. I
suspect that printing has much the same result... filtering....
Try a full res raw image... 1:1 on your monitor...... now you got something
to show the dust.....
