The baseline range I could find is about 80-110 milliseconds.
As you can imagine, there is a wide range based on the activity, etc.
As an example, the duration of eyelid closure increases with fatigue.
With anxiety, blink duration shortens and number of blinks/minute increases
Blink duration is used in research studies as a measure of computer-related
fatigue, anesthesia onset, and CPAP effectiveness.
