Howard,

I use blue Loctite thread adhesive for nuts and bolts subjected to a lot of 
vibration (on my bikes). Note - do *NOT* use red Loctite unless you want to 
remove the screws with a blowtorch. There is a weaker (green?) version of 
Loctite than the blue one that might be useful.
