this one is really my favourite, the ducks are perfect.

Now I would suggest trying to get the verticals right(er) in the  
building,
and if you were shooting RAW getting some detail in the ice where the  
ducks are skating.

Other than that, your photo conveys a wonderful sense of 'winterness'  
and i love it.
