I agree and I hope Leica is going to offer that camera themselves and for people with a more limited budget. The digital medium should allow them to go back to their smaller original RF size (III - IIIg). Leica have already "rediscovered" that classic size and shape in the X1 - now we just need that body with M (or the more compact SM!) mount. (But Cosina might beat Leica to it.) I am amazed people on this list are so excited about the EP1 and GF1 ilk with their poor add- on EVFs. The only rationale justifying one of these overpriced things is the (limited) ability to mount M lenses on it. Jan ===== From: Josef Brugger <jbrugger at pcez.com> .... In a year or two or three, someone will probably be selling something the size of a Leica CL or a Minolta CLE that will accept M-mount lenses and provide good results. Josef Brugger
