It is my understanding that Blurb applies no sharpening.

There is a lot of discussion on the Blurb forums about this - Blurb
itself gives no definitive response, but the general recommendation
seems to be that some sharpening is needed.

Mike Coffey's post is the best summary.

I have used the Lightroom export with standard sharpening for glossy
paper with success, as well  Photokit Sharpening suitable for the
Indigo.

Just for confirmation, I sent a query to Blurb from their website.
Awaiting their reply.
