Can't fault your pickling, Seth! Bombay Sapphire is surely gin of choice,
but Balvenie is one of my most-appreciated malts, even though I can't see
the Balvenie distillery from my desk (unlike Dalmore, Invergordon and
Teaninich) :-)

Piers, both kidneys in outstanding condition, given their respective ages
(the right one is slightly older, having emerged a bit ahead of the left).
Both have been expertly preserved by regular, alternative use of two
world-class pickling solutions: Bombay Sapphire and Balvenie 15 year-old
Single Barrel malt, the old 50.4 proof.
