Thanks for that -- in the years I've been using an M8, I've had
occasional moir? flareups, but never quite such a perfect storm of what
appears to be the absolutely pessimal relation between fabric pattern
and reproduction ratio at the sensor. This will provide a good test-case
for trying out post-processing tricks. (And I welcome hints from the
assembled company.)

I think it's interesting that I've used an M8 as my primary camera
since not long after the model was introduced, and I can count the
times I've had moir? blow up in a really noticeable fashion on the
fingers of one hand. That's a price I'll gladly pay for the superb
detail rendering in all other circumstances... but still, I'd like to
have a ready workaround for those times it does some up.
