Well, no comment on the obvious fact that you must play by the Stock agency

That's right. You use Genuine Fractals or a program like Alien Skin
Blow Up to interpolate the photo up to 48MB. That's just the way it's
done if you want to get into any of the big agencies. Most customers
have no clue about size files. They just go buy what the agencies tell
them are minimum sizes.
