Subject: [Leica] Leica Catalog? Anyone using an Elmar 60mm/3.5 with the Helicoid Focusing mount?

Where can I find a comprehensive catalog of Leica lens and accessories? 
I'm needing to have information for knowing how to use things in a 
manner they may not have been intended. I want to spare myself from 
making further unfounded assumptions.
