Lines through words a day after making some 5x7?s

Light comes on saying I have ten percent left in the eminence cartridge an
hour ago.
I plan on doing it tomorrow from Adorama and hope it will fix the problem.

I put in some ultra premium presentation paper matte and it stops.

The head is parked wrong is what I can gather from looking at the internet.

I tried calling them but they are not open all night.
