There are hundreds of Leica film camera users here.
A goodly number of them live in the UK.
I'm sure we can collectively find you a place that will scan your negatives 
for you.

Me, I live in California and don't do much film any more. So I can't really 
help. But I have thousands upon thousands of rolls of film shot through the 
years that I'm getting scanned in slowly year by year.

We tend to talk more about digital because it is the New Thing and thus has 
more room to be talked about. And it's so much easier to share digital 
images than to share film images.
