Subject: [Leica] OT: Can you recommend a good on-line book publisher?

Our family wants to put together a reunion book of images and
essays/poems/etc. for the reunion we're going to have in late July. I'd like
to get recommendations for a photo/text book publisher. I think material
will be about 50% text and 50% photographs.
