With all due respect, not too many of us will EVER use 300 rolls in a week.
More like 10% of that number.....at most.
But you are correct.... An M8 + spare batteries is a LOT lighter than M6 +
film,,,, I think even for 300 rolls vs 10 batteries...

I'm leaving Saturday to hike up 11,000 feet in the Sierra Nevada to
camp for a week and am carrying 2 M8's and 10 batteries. It's not a
problem. It's a lot lighter than 300 rolls of film!!
