There was an interview on Canadian Broadcasting Corporation radio on
Friday where 2 east coasters described how, in their parent's youth,
lobster was food for the very poor and their parents were quite
embarrassed to be seen eating lobster sandwich at school. How one
mother use to hide behind the shed at school so other kids wouldn't
see her eating lobster sandwich.
How times has changed. :)
Regards,
Spencer
