There have been several 21mm finders out there... Leica is only one.
You could get a 21 Zeiss finder
I think Tewe made one....

However, Cameraquest.com has new ones for $128... Less than 100Euros

Now hunting for a viewfinder, I find they cost about the same as the  
lens itself, sometimes more
