Out today for a typical group of pictures (a Mennonite Croquet tournament, a
Greek arts festival, and a low-rent local carnival) when I saw a tarot card
reader with a framed certificate, attesting to the fact that she was a
Certified Tarot Card Reader.

Certified?

Then I googled this:
http://www.tarotcertification.org/

Turns out these days we're all certifiable.
