I tried, Oh how I tried to use a dslr with primes, and I got some very good results. Pentax makes some lovely little primes, and I have several screw and K mount legacy fast lenses, so it seemed a natural But I just didn't have the control with the Pentax K10D that I do with the M8. After shooting with an M camera for so many years, I never could get used to remembering where all the stuff was on the dials and buttons. I don't have the digital virtuosity in my hands to manipulate all that stuff, let alone find the menus and sub-menus. The size difference is negligible, but the faster lenses, and the higher image quality make me happy I made this choice. -- Regards, Sonny http://www.sonc.com http://sonc.stumbleupon.com/ Natchitoches, Louisiana (+31.754164,-093.099080) USA
