Subject: [Leica] Hello, to M8 users, can you tell me what your workflow is, for DNG?

I use Photoshop. And the Photoshop raw plug in.
I could convert my NEF's to DNG's if I new why.
At had to do it at one point when I first got my D40x and it was a pain and
took some real time.
Photoshop is going to continue to open NEF's.
Photoshop is not going to stop opening the five trillion NEF's which are
shot every three months. I don't care about Nikon software nor have a heard
of any photographer using it. Photographers use Photoshop.
I see from Tina just now its not strictly a file type but has a few
properties with others might not have; I just Googled it a few hours ago and
a guy did a breakdown between DNG's and NEFS and their isn't even any file
size savings. As if that an issue with 1T hard drives going for $111.11

I'm going to stay with my tissues verses blow nose metaphore.
We are talking bout blowing noses not a brand of tissues.
I have a good nose for what the issue is.

This issue is not tissue.
It's not.
