I had this same problem with a point and shoot sony w7.? I read online where 
someone used a shop vac to suck the dust out without taking it apart.? I 
figured I had nothing to lose so turned the camera on and used a shop vac 
over the lens.? Darned it it didn't clean the dust off.?
