Subject: [Leica] Tripod recommendations

I really enjoy using my DR Summicron for close-ups. ... but it seems I'd  
need a tripod with one of those cantilevered arms to steady it for long  
exposures. Can anyone on the list recommend a tripod/set up for this?  
Anything to look for ... or avoid?
