Scrapple is a local delicacy, containing otherwise unsalable parts of the
pig, mixed with a corn meal binder and lots and lots of spices.  It is
usually served lightly fried. This photo was taken at a Scrapple Fest held
in Philadelphia's historic Reading Market.
