When CompUSA went belly up a year or two ago they sold everything to a liquidator that ran the same sort of sale using the CompUSA name. Their "amazing" prices were all relative to list though, which no one ever pays. Everything was sold "as is" and "no returns" but the prices were significantly higher than Newegg (online) or Fry's (online and in the neighborhood), and Amazon for quite a while. There were bargains at the very end, but by that point it was pretty sketchy stuff.... Caveat emptor. g.
