To be honest, this is all BS.

You need a bag that FITS YOUR FRAME.  Not a bag that is geared toward your
equipment load as a maximum.

Get a bag that fits you.  Put in it what you need Then fill it with whatever
foam/fluff that you need to fill it up so you are comfortable with the
packing.

You will find the bag will be pretty large....   larger than you think.....

It should have a sternum ( chest) strap,  good padded  hip ( not waist)
belt support, superb shoulder harness, and be comfortable.

Go to a GOOD sporting goods store and tell them you want a backpacking
pack.....but for cameras.

With luck, you will get what you need.
