They're reef sharks.  When you snorkel or dive in most reef environments you 
see plenty of them.  They pose a negligible risk unless you are spearfishing 
or feeding them, then they can get a bit excited.

The fish in the centre foreground is a Lutjanus bohar, known in Australian 
tropical waters for being high risk for ciguatera poisoning.
