Actually, I think this is a very appropriate award.  Allen's films have 
often paid homage to styles of photography that Leicaphiles tend to 
appreciate.  And in the latest (Vicky Cristina Barcelona), he has the 
Penelope Cruz character help Scarlett Johannson improve her photography. 
The narrator says that Cruz persuades Johannson to stop using her digital 
camera, and instead use an old film camera. The subsequent scenes show her 
using a Leica, and printing B&W in the darkroom.
