In the beginning, I used a flash on my M6 several times, but gave it up. M6 
classic cameras (not the TTL models) are made for available light, using a 
flash on them requires guesstimation exposure methods which may speed down 
your shooting and lead to a lot of unsatisfying results. Using faster 
lenses, and faster films, instead of flash, is my recommendation.

Depends on your hand. Below 1/15 it's getting a challenge unless you can 
lean against something. Fast lenses might help to keep the speed at heldable 
levels in low light.

No problems with that. Leica lenses give very natural, warm colors.
