I used my M8's, with a variety of lenses. The M8 remains a great street camera, and despite its known quirkyness is a joy to use BUT if you are using an M camera for street work and you do not have John Amiet's streetshooter --- GET ONE or TWO. Clipping the M to your hip the "streetshooter" is fantastic. With the smaller Summarit 35mm lens, it sat under my coat safe and discrete, ready to draw out at any time. When using 2 cameras, I could use one on the hip and the other around the neck or both on the hips. The hold is amazingly secure, and works well with longer lenses including heavier ones like my Tri Elmars and Noctilux -- though you do have to remember you are quite a bit wider in the hips with these lenses. So as they say "do yourself a favour" and check out this little ripper. Designed by a professional street shooter its better than most other additional options I"ve seen our used. I have NO financial relation ship with this product, other than an investment in 3 or them http://www.lfi-online.com/ceemes/article/show/10167 for the M8 and http://www.lfi-online.com/ceemes/article/show/10166 for the film cameras Cheers Alastair
