I started it.  

"Doctors, Lawyers, and Indian Chiefs" refers to those with a large 
disposable income.  It has nothing to do with individuals nor job 
descriptions.

The important point is that it is a MARKETING segment that Leica wants and 
can afford Leica's highest priced items.  ( redundant?)  It is a simple fact 
of Leica's marketing strategy.

Take no offense Alistair nor Doug, none was at all intended.
