You did have to upload jpegs (full sized, 12 quality jpeg is not a bad way to store files), but now they are offering a service to store RAW and Tifs. That one is in conjunction with Amazon and you do pay based on the amount. It's still cheaper than anywhere else I've found and it's guaranteed.
